Can I see my last shot Flashing?
Absolutely! The LONGSHOT Blinker Shot Locator feature allows you to quickly and easily see your new shot flashing. Simply press the Blinker icon in the bottom right corner of the app to see your last shot flash.
Are they easy to use?
If you know how to connect to a wifi network and how to download an app then you can do this! LONGSHOT cameras were designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Plus, you can call us if you get stuck and need help!
What happens if someone shoots the camera?
The system is not bulletproof and we do not recommend covering the camera with any steel or armor plating. Placing heavy materials in front of the camera will limit and can sometimes obstruct the camera signal from reaching you and your smart device completely. If you are worried about hitting your system, we recommend that you purchase a bulletproof warranty and place the camera as far out of the line of fire as reasonably possible.
Do I need Wifi Network or Cell phone data to use the system?
No. All you need is a smart device that has the ability to connect to a WiFi network. The LONGSHOT system creates its own WiFi network that you will be able to log onto to view the camera stream. When connected to the camera’s network, your device will likely say “no internet connection available”. This is normal and nothing to worry about, the system will still work correctly.
